The Ready Van II heralds the start of a new generation of Ready Van. With powder coat paint and the Latch-Matic locking system as standard features, the 132-in. Ready Van II is specially designed for dual wheel chassis and offers a combination of standard features that cannot be matched by anyone.

Latch-Matic®
Simultaneously locks the side compartments at the touch of a button
Operates within 25 ft radius of body
No rods, no handles, or protrusions of any kind
Two high quality key chain transmitters
A high-performance receiver/control box with auxiliary cab lock connections, fully protected wire harness, and automotive-rated linear actuators
Easy to program: can learn up to four different key chain transmitters
All electronic actuators are hidden within the door panels, making for a clean looking system that doesn't intrude into cargo space, while providing maximum protection for the Latch-Matic components
All Latch-Matic components have been thoroughly tested to be reliable throughout the life of the body
Individual compartment doors can still be locked or unlocked with the standard service body locks
Backed by a three-year limited warranty on parts and service

Fully unitized welding, with U-beam girders braced and reinforced at all critical stress points
Understructure is acrylic E-coat primed, then coated with a tough oil-based undercoating that meets all environmental regulations

A-60 Galvannealed Steel Construction
Reading service bodies feature two-sided zinc coated A-60 galvannealed steel construction.

Acrylic E-Coat Priming
Steel bodies enter a 12-state process which thoroughly cleans, rinses, and finally primes the steel by electrically fusing the primer to the steel. This process provides complete coverage to the body, even in the most hidden or recessed areas.
Benefit: Combining A-60 galvannealed steel with Acrylic E-coat priming provides the best and most comprehensive protection against rust and corrosion available in the industry. |
